Thomas is 19 years old and has been racing since he was 7 years old. He is a full time student at the moment.

"This weekend I will have 2 classic races, one on the cobblestones in the Netherlands, and one in Germany called '' Koln-shuld-frechen. last week I was sick, so I hope my legs will be OK!. I hope I can watch some classics on tv, but I prefer racing by myself, except for the Tour of Flanders!

I’m really exciting for the trip to the USA. I have cycled in different countries like Belgium, Germany, France, Austria and last year in France-Guyana (South America). I am looking forward to see what the level in the USA is. My father had cycled in Texas and Philadelphia and told me that the Americans drive really fast so.. I’m warned. I can not wait to ride over their, I don’t expect a lot of the results, because I’m a young rider, in a foreign race. I hope that I ‘m in a good shape and than we will see what happens.

When I was young I dreamed of being a professional cyclist, but now I’m older I realized it’s really hard to become a professional cyclist. But I still hope one day I can start in races as the ‘’ Tour de France’’ or ‘’ Paris Roubaix’’. But what I am doing right now is fine for me too. I will always love riding a bike!"
